Misty Creek Log Cabins were built in the winter of 1997 and opened to our guests in June of 1997.

Enjoy your favorite beverage in the mornings and afternoons on the covered porch or open deck that overlooks a beautiful mountain stream.  Perhaps a daily appointment with your favorite book in a rocking chair is your pleasure.

For the bird watcher, Maggie Valley is a bird sanctuary that offers a variety of interesting feathered friends. Carolina Chickadee, Tufted Titmouse, Goldfinch, Downy Woodpecker, and White-breasted Nuthatch are some of the birds that enjoy the feeders at Misty Creek.

April thru September you can enjoy the fascinating Ruby-throated Hummingbirds as they play and dine at sugar-water feeders on the porch.
